Frequently Asked Questions
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We are an out-of-network provider. All payments must be paid upfront and we can provide you with an invoice or super bill to get reimbursed from your insurance company. We recommend calling your insurance company directly to confirm any out-of-network coverage.

If you have out-of-network benefits you may be reimbursed for 50%-80% of your investment from your insurance company. Often your out-of-pocket expense can be as little as your copay when all is said and done. If your employer offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) we can accept that as payment.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 24 business hours' notice for cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged for the full fee of the session.

HOW DOES CONFIDENTIALITY WORK?
Everything that is said during a therapy session is completely confidential with three exceptions: 1) if a child or senior citizen is in danger, 2) if you are in danger of harming yourself, or 3) if you are planning on harming another person. *See Couples Secrets Policy for Couples Therapy. *See Minors confidentiality for Teenage, Children and Family Therapy.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept HSA accounts, checks, cash, and all major credit cards, A credit card on file is required to book an appointment, but payment can be made at the time of session via the methods above.

YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN COUNSELING PRACTICE, DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH CHRISTIANS?
Our goal is to provide a safe space to all who need services. Our clinicians love to incorporate biblical wisdom into our sessions, but it is not required. We are all trained and complete continuing education in the latest evidence-based modalities. We are all committed to meet people where they are and incorporate your individual worldview into your treatment.

These are just a few questions that we receive on a regular basis. Please feel free to ask anyone on our staff if you have further questions before deciding if our practice is right for you. We want you to feel welcome and knowledgeable about the care you will be receiving. This is a collaborative effort!
